1. General Terms
By purchasing any digital product from AI Pumps (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically.
2. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
3. License
Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
4. Earnings Disclaimer
Company makes no income claims. Results vary based on individual effort and market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to any product for violation of these terms without refund.
6. Product Updates
One-time purchases include access to the current version only. Future updates may require additional purchase.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of WY USA . Any disputes shall be resolved in USA courts.

No Refunds Policy
1. Digital Download Policy
All sales of digital products (including PDFs, templates, prompts, and software) from AI Pumps are final. Due to the immediate access nature and inability to return digital files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once purchase is complete.
2. What You’re Purchasing
You’re buying access to digital content, not a physical product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- All content is available for immediate preview before purchase
- We clearly state this is a no-refund digital product
- You’ve reviewed all product descriptions and requirements
⚠️ Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action to recover dispute fees ($25-$100 per incident). If you have issues, contact info@everydaystack.site before disputing.
3. The Only Exception
If you never received your download due to technical errors on our side (not user error), we’ll provide access within 72 hours of verified support request. Screenshot proof required.
